Jott's Outlook integration is out of this world. I get a voicemail, I read the voicemail, I respond to it via email. What used to be a 2 minute process, now takes 10 seconds. Jott saves me a ton of time and it's so darn easy. Thanks Jott.

I hate listening to voicemails. It takes too long and it's annoying to be forced to listen to callers' self-indulgent ramblings. With Jott, I can simply check my e-mail to read the voicemails on my own time. It enables me to incorporate voicemails into my existing e-mail system. I can go back and search the voicemails as I would e-mail at any time in the future, whereas there is a time limit for keeping voicemails on ordinary message systems and they are not searchable. I also use the transcribed voicemails as reminders, or to easily save a caller's contact information.

Jott really solved our dilemma. We have a situation that didn't allow for a traditional answering machine and VOIP wasn't working for us. I own and operate several funeral homes. This creates two issues, 1) It is often not only inconvenient and inappropriate to answer phone calls or “listen” to voicemails, however, 2) My calls and messages can be quite important, urgent and time sensitive – as you can imagine. This new service of translating my voicemail to text and emailing it really solves most of those issues. I am able to discretely take a look at the message to see what action needs to be taken and what timing would be appropriate. Also when I am in church, it doesn't appear that I have to use the restroom near as much as I used to – to answer my calls.
